Remo D’Souza of Dance India Dance and Jhalak Dikhlaga fame injured on sets of Dance

The 43 year old Indian Choreographer Remo D’Souza who is the ‘Super judge’ in the dance reality show “Dance +”, unfortunately got himself hurt during rehearsal for his solo performance which was to be performed on the Finale episode on Sunday.

After the completion of its 15 week journey, the show finally proceeded towards its end. On which, Remo said, “There is immense happiness because we are very close to finding India’s next dancing sensation. I am also sad because the journey is coming to an end.” Furthermore reagarding the Finale D’Souza also added, “There is a lot in store for audience for the finale. I personally chose to dance with Dharmendra, whom I call ‘D+’. All the performances happening on the finale will never be seen before performances for sure.”

Before the finale, during the rehearsal session, Remo was performing with dancers Dharmendra and Dharmesh, and the moment he tried to do a flip which was the part of his performance, he lost balance and fell on his back.

Despite of being injured Remo didn’t give up, he continued his shooting. “It was just a little imbalance but such things happen. The finale is today and the show must go on,” Remo said in a statement.

Dance+ also has captains, Dharmesh Yelande, Sumeet Nagdev and Shakti Mohan. It is one of the most popular reality show aired on Star Plus. The Finale was featured on Sunday, 11th October, 2015, it was also joined special guests including Terence Lewis and Geeta KapurHowever, and the Finale episode rocked the audience and participants.

The wait finally came to a hault for all the contestents who had dedicatedly worked hard and gave their final performance. The winner took twenty five lakhs along with a brand new Maruti Suzuki Swift. The other top 3 contestants along with V company were were question mark crew, Poppin Ticko and Hardik Rawat.
