Vikram and Nayanthara team with Harris Jayaraj for next film

The famous music director, Harris Jayaraj has been signed in to compose the music for the next Vikram and Nayanthara starrer movie that is tentatively titled as Marma Manithan (Mareesan). The movie is directed by Anand Shankar.  Vikram and Nayanthara will be seen on screen for the first time and it would be quite fascinating to watch the couple together romancing each other.  Earlier, Anand had directed the film Arima Nambi with Vikram Prabhu in the lead.

The director seemed to be very happy and said with much excitement that they have the two greatest actors on board for his latest flick. He also added that further information on other artists, technicians and final title would be intimated soon. Another piece of interesting news for all movie buffs is that the ace music director Harris Jayaraj has apparently confirmed his union with 4 high-profile movies. The list of films that Harris will be composing music for are:

  • Vikram – Nayanthara project directed by Anand Shankar.
  • Singam 3.
  • AR Murugadoss – Mahesh Babu’s project.
  • GauthamMenon – Jayam Ravi project.

With the addition of Harris Jayaraj, the film is getting bigger and better for sure. Vikram’s next film is expected to be on screen soon since Shibu Thameens, the producer of Vijay’s ‘Puli’, has taken up the project. The film is reported to have Nayanthara and Nithya Menen as the leading ladies. Both the actresses also would be pairing up with Vikram for the first time. Vikram is also a National Award winning hero.

Harris is ideally one of the most experienced and leading composers of the industry. With the renowned production house backing the project, it seems quite obvious that he is being preferred as a more dependable person for the music department. Harris has already scored some superhit music for many super hit films of Vikram that includes the likes of ‘Samuarai’, ‘Saamy’, ‘Arul’, ‘Anniyan’ and ‘Bheema’. The music albums of all these films have been chart toppers and were hugely loved by the audience
